Unsubscribe/Opt Out:

You may opt out of receiving FabNU's email updates, newsletters and/or partner emails/SMS/whatsapps/RCS by emailing us at care@fabNU.in. We will still contact you when there are changes to the Terms of Service or Submitter’s Terms of Service, as applicable. In addition, we will still send you service-related announcements including, but not limited to, a registration email,  and emails automatically triggered by actions you took on the Site. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.

Right to Correct inaccurate personal information, taking into account the nature of the data and the purposes for processing the data. 

If we receive a verifiable request from you to correct your information and we determine the accuracy of the corrected information you provide, we will correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you. In determining the accuracy of the personal information that is the subject of your request to correct, we will consider the totality of the circumstances relating to the contested personal information.

We also may require that you provide documentation if we believe it is necessary to rebut our own documentation that the personal information is accurate.

We may deny your request to correct in the following cases:

  • We have a good-faith, reasonable, and documented belief that your request to correct is fraudulent or abusive.

Right to Non-Discrimination

Verifying Requests

To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information or complying with your request. If you have an account with us, we may verify your identity by requiring you to sign in to your account or requiring you to respond to an email from the email address associated with your account. Whether or not you have an account with us, we may also ask you to provide details regarding your most recent transaction with us. In addition, if you ask us to provide you with specific pieces of personal information, we will require you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request. If you designate an authorized agent to make an access or deletion request on your behalf (a) we may require you to provide the authorized agent written permission to do so, and (b) for access and deletion requests, we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us (as described above).

Our response to your requests

We will respond to your requests within 45 days (or within 90 days, where the law permits and we determine it necessary considering the complexity and number of the requests you have filed). If we take longer than 45 days, we will inform you of the extension within the initial forty-five-day response period, together with the reason for the extension. We may deny your request in the following cases:

  • If we believe in good faith, based on reasons which are documented in writing, that your request is fraudulent or is an abuse of your rights under applicable law.

  • If we conclude that the request is irrelevant, based on all the circumstances at issue (e.g., if you requested to correct your personal information, and we find that it is likely to be accurate).

Important information about third party devices, ISPs, websites and applications

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by FabNU. Whenever you click on links and banners that take you to a third party website or you use, download or install third party software applications onto your Device, your use of those third party websites and/or software will be subject to the third party’s privacy policies, not FabNU’s. We strongly suggest you to carefully read the privacy policy of any website you visit.

Notice of Financial Incentive

We provide price discounts, coupons, services and other benefits for (1) all customers; (2) members of our Rewards Program; and (3) members of our mailing list (collectively “Programs”). Through these offerings, customers provide us with the necessary personal information (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers) when they opt-in to our programs. There is no obligation to opt-in and customers may opt-out at any time. The detail of the Program is contained in the terms and conditions.
