Under this offer, the Customer shall be eligible for a 10% discount, on each invoice of the value exceeding ₹ 2500 (on the same bill).

The customer shall not be eligible for any reward points or loyalty points, under this offer.
In case of return of the article, the Customer shall be refunded the net paid amount.
In case of exchange, the article can be exchanged with higher value article only, and the price difference shall be paid by the customer on spot.
All exchanges and returns shall be subject to the company exchange/return policy.
In case of exchange, the customer can not claim the discount as a matter of right, and discount can only be offered on the exchanged article, if the exchanged article falls under the discounted products or falls under the offer.
This offer can not be clubbed with any other offer/promotional scheme.
The discount value can not be claimed as cash or other item.
Fabindia reserves the sole right to withdraw/vary the terms of this offer or cancel this offer, at its discretion at any time without prior notice or without assigning any reason.
In case of any dispute, Fabindia's decision will be final and binding.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
